Tekken 6: North West Final Rankings!!!

After an epic final RB with plenty incomparable matches, we say goodbye to Season 1. The whole season has been emotional and unforgettable, memorable moments fill each ranking battle and will remain in our hearts. The atmosphere that has been present throughout the season cannot be fully justified through a mere description of words; you just had to be there.

Steptoe Akira aka Iron Mike has won 4 out of 6 ranking battles showing no signs of letting his newly acclaimed title go. His consistency, knowledge and abilities are undoubtedly something to be reckoned with. When his adversaries play at the highest of their ability taking the game to the final rounds, Mike will step it up a gear and come back with a champions pride and casually advance through. Not only will he claim his title of strongest, he will also receive a unique Tekken 6 branded custom stick courtesy of Smile.

Kaworu aka Scott ranks 2nd and he deserves no less. He has consistently finished within the top 4 of each RB overcoming tough opponents. Kaworu is always a pleasure to watch, breathing life and extravagance to the games he plays.

There are so many other players that deserved to be mentioned but space simply does not allow. So many players who were completely new to the game have trained hard and learnt the game well placing themselves within the top 10 ranks. OnTheBeat and Yingah deserve a special mention rapidly improving throughout the season making a name for themselves. There are so many more players I would like to mention but as a whole, everyone is awesome.

I would like to thank everyone for an amazing season week after week of immense mind blowing RB’s. Thank you to those who travelled from out of town to join the fun! (ShadowLaw from London!). Massive thanks to Ying and Ollie for their efforts in capturing as many matches they possibly could, massive thanks to Scott and Adey and Paul for running groups when they can, you were all a massive help. Thanks! Take care everyone…

Cheers for the great mention, means a lot. Our match was probably the most tense match I have ever had in my journey of playing fighting games. Three counters in one round! Made me scared to even attack you.

You defo deserve a mention too cos you are a new Tekken Player and made it to the top 10! I hope this aint the end for tekken as everyone is getting depressed that it has come to an end. i am gonna miss my banter with captain hurricane and crew.

Great write up Ray!
This RB and entire season was by far my most favourite to play/watch. My favourite match was with Ray in this particular RB - It was toooo sick!! Shame it wasn't captured on camera.
Overall I think I did rather well! and me goal of reaching top 8 so I'm really really chuffed with that, can't wait for the next Tekken RB to start =)

the triple perfect in this rb was probably my personal highlight
but there were some siiick matches to be watched!
hope theres another tekken season soon, mainly as ive not been putting time into any other fighter lol.
ill definitely have to get to all the rbs next time, missing half of em didnt do me any favours haha.
